Redwood Falls: John Munson Art Exhibit

Redwood Area Arts presents the art of John Munson of Marshall, MN. For the past year, John has quietly built an extraordinary body of work – more than 290 original paintings. His hands guide the entire process even from the beginning by stretching canvas over his own, handmade frames. John’s paintings tell stories by using bold mark making, expressive texture, vibrant colors and fascinating perspectives.

The exhibit, “Scenes of Mine Seen” by John Munson, is on display from April 3rd through May 30th, 2026 at the Redwood Area Arts’ newly updated gallery in downtown Redwood Falls.  An Artist’s Reception will be held Thursday, April 9th, from 5-7pm at Redwood Area Arts.
