January 7, 3 pm, Willmar Area Symphonic Orchestra concert, Willmar Education and Arts Center, 611 SW 5th St., Willmar. The Willmar Area Orchestra, under the direction of Stephen J. Ramsey will present (It’s Right After Christmas so we’re) Almost All Baroque. Performing Haydn’s Cello Concerto in C Major with the orchestra will be guest artist, Pitnarry Shin a cellist from the Minnesota Orchestra. Vivaldi’s Concerto for two cellos will feature Ms. Shin and Madeline Sheard, an outstanding young cellist. Other works by Bach, Pachelbel, and Vivaldi will be performed. www.willmarorchestra.com

You will enjoy a multi-media performance featuring live piano music, a spoken narrative, and a video presentation featuring many of Kirby’s original art.
