Performing Arts Human Resources Toolkit Website

Resources for managers, employees, and contractors about human resources topics, applicable to current situations in the performing arts and including resources related to COVID-19, mental health, safeguarding youth, employment, and more. This is a resource that continues to be updated. Please reach out to us if you have resource needs you are not seeing on PAHRTS, or if you have a useful resource to share.



A Note About Re-Opening Resources
We are engaged in conversations — with other arts service organizations, large cultural venues, and the governor’s office — around timelines and considerations for safely and responsibly returning to our performance spaces. There is still so much we don’t know, and the truth is that one size doesn’t fit all.

Supporting our Theater Community during COVID-19 Online Support Group for Theater Professionals
Michelle Sherman PhD LP ABPP is offering a free, virtual support group for theatre professionals. Michelle is a licensed clinical psychologist and Professor at the University of Minnesota, as well as a choreographer and long-term theatre fan. She will be facilitating free, weekly, hour-long meetings via Zoom, and all theatre-affiliated professionals are welcome.
