The Conference for Young Artists is now open for registrations until December 7. For students in grades K-8. Event Date: January 6, 2022 (snow date Jan. 7).
By participating in the Conference for Young Artists, students will attend three hands-on learning sessions pertaining to different areas of art. Presenters will share their knowledge and talent with students by teaching them art techniques and methods. Students will use their imaginations and build creativity by creating and designing their own works of art. Encourage your students to come learn some new art techniques and methods to broaden their perspective on art.
Share with other teachers and parents who have students in grades K-8. There is a new online registration system for schools and parents to register groups of students or individual students. They will select three session topics of their choice relative to their interest and grade level. Check the schedule prior to registering to see the time their favorite sessions are being offered. Sessions do not have to be select in sequence.
At this time, we will have to mask up in January at SMSU for the day of the conference.
