The Minnesota State Arts Board is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms that can work collaboratively with the board to plan, develop, and implement public engagement efforts that will gather input the Arts Board could use to help inform its equity planning.
The responder is NOT being asked to create an equity plan for the Arts Board. Instead, the responder is being asked to propose how it could gather broad, meaningful input from stakeholders, that represents the diverse perspectives of Minnesotans across the state. The Arts Board is expecting that input gathered through broad public engagement efforts could be used by the board as it creates its equity plan.

Proposals from interested individuals or firms must be received by the Arts Board not later than 4:30 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, March 16, 2022.
