Pipestone County Arty Party

by SMAC

Join Southwest Minnesota Arts Council (SMAC), area artists, arts organizations and general art-loving public together for a networking event in Pipestone County! SMAC’s Arty Party will be taking place on Wednesday, April 19th, the event will go from 5:30 to 7:30 at the Hiawatha Lodge. This is a free event (aside from cash bar option) catered by the Hatfield Roadhouse! SMAC will also have an artist-led art activity in which participants can use simple, repetitive shapes to form a complex and pleasing final design of their own, which they can take home with them at the end of the event. Participants can then continue to use the skills they’ve learned to make more designs on their own! This activity will be a casual but stimulating opportunity to network with local arts supporters. SMAC staff will also be available to answer questions, listen to the arts needs in the community, and share who SMAC is and what they can do for the arts in Southwest Minnesota! Come p(ART)y with us! Follow Southwest Minnesota Arts Council on Facebook & Instagram and be sure to visit their website at www.swmnarts.org to learn more about their available services and grant programs.
