Do you like to sing, dance, or act? Would you like an opportunity to showcase your
talents? Maybe you may have a solo act or want to get together with your friends to perform together. The Lac qui Parle Players invite all students in grade 5 and above to participate in this year’s “Your Time to Shine” concert. The event will take place at the Prairie Arts Center in Madison, MN and members of the Lac qui Parle Players will help students to polish their performance and provide all of the technical support for the concert. If you would like a moment in the spotlight this can be YOUR TIME TO SHINE.
Schedule:
Practice Times: August 20 and August 21 (each act will be scheduled)
Dress Rehearsal: August 23 – 7:00 pm for all performers
Concert: August 24 at 7:00 pm – $5 General Admission
– Please work on your act prior to the August 20-21 rehearsal nights
– Those time slots will be used to stage and set tech for the show
– We can assist with live accompaniment by special arrangement
– You will be contacted the week of August 12 to schedule a rehearsal time
