Opportunity for non-profits in Marshall

The Marshall Community Foundation (MCF) is pleased to announce that their spring grant cycle has begun.  They are accepting applications from Marshall non-profits to support the great work they do in the community.

The deadline for completion is Wednesday, May 3, 2017.

Completed forms may be emailed to give@marshall-cf.org or mailed to Marshall Community Foundation, c/o Paul Stoneberg, 300 S. O’Connell, Marshall, MN  56258.

Grant requests may be submitted for up to $5,000 and must align with the foundation’s priorities of:

  • Community Improvement
  • Diversity
  • Wellness
  • Youth Development

Funding to new/enhanced programs and partnerships or one-time projects are preferred.

The Marshall Community Foundation is one of over 20 community foundations established via partnership with the Southwest Initiative Foundation.  A local advisory board identifies needs in the community, grants dollars to local non-profits, and raises funds to grow the endowment.  Earnings from the foundation’s endowment are used to fund grants offered twice per year.  MCF has granted over $50,000 since it’s founding.
