Young Artists Opportunities
Held at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, this conference nourishes students’ creative and artistic talents by exposing them to a variety of visual and performing art forms. Students (K-8) are entertained during a keynote presentation by Bub & Rona Johnston: Keepers of the Sacred Tradition, of Pipestone, MN. Then students begin making their own works of art through hands-on classes such as drawing, nature art, media production, theatre, sculpture, ceramics, papermaking, illustrating, origami, and more.
