First things first for the new year, Springboard want some new colleagues! They are excited to announce two new openings at Springboard for the Arts, and to be hiring these roles:

• Rural Program Manager – based out of Fergus Falls, this new position will manage and implement Springboard’s rural programs, including local, state and national projects like the Rural Arts and Culture Summit, Artists on Main Street, and the Hinge Arts Residency Program.
• Office Coordinator – based out of St. Paul, this position is a role that will provide functional and operational support to Springboard staff, and develop the practices that support an environment of hospitality and welcome as we open up our site on University Avenue.
