SW MN Arts Council is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to be contracted for around 25-30 hours a month, with some more time needed after fiscal year-end (June 30) and calendar year-end.

The contract bookkeeper would be responsible for twice-monthly payroll, bills, and grant payments; receipts; tracking fund and functional allocations; reconciling membership and grant databases with QuickBooks; and creating related reports for the board.
