On behalf of the Southwest Minnesota Arts Council you are invited to to attend one of these events celebrating the 10th year since passing the Legacy Amendment and the Arts and Culture Fund! 

These will be free, informational sessions that are informal and open-to-the-public. SMAC will talk about what we are and what we do for the arts and artists of our region. It will also be a celebration of our funding through the Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund (Legacy Fund) and the grants given in our regions with those funds over the past 10 years. We will share impactful stories about Legacy grant funding in our regions and hope to gather insight from the public into more ways SMAC can support our local communities.

Free, light meals will be provided at all 3 locations:

• Jackson Center for the Arts, 309 2nd St, Jackson: Thursday, November 29, Noon
• Southwest Minnesota Arts Council Office, 114 N 3rd St, Marshall: Thursday, December 13, 7:30 am
• Dassel Ergot History Center, 901 1st St, Dassel: Thursday, December 13, Noon
