The Southern Minnesota Book Festival is now open for registration. The festival is committed to creating a culture of reading in out-state Minnesota and bringing people together over the arts and literature. We feature local, regional, and emergent authors, spoken word artists, storytellers, publishers, and artists. This year’s one-day event will be held on Saturday, October 5 from 10am-6pm at the Henderson Event Center in Henderson, MN. Located less than an hour from the Twin Cities or Mankato, via Hwy. 169, Henderson is located in the scenic Minnesota River Valley.
This is a call for Minnesota authors, poets, playwrights, spoken word artists, storytellers, publishers, artists, illustrators, and booksellers to participate. Vendor/exhibitor space is FREE at this event and you keep 100% of your sales. Space is limited and the registration deadline is September 6, 2019. This is a rain or shine, indoor event that will be well promoted in print and online throughout Southern Minnesota and the Metro areas.
