Would you like to help the Minnesota State Arts Board decide how to invest public funding for the arts?

Consider volunteering to serve as a grant program advisor.

The Arts Board is seeking people from anywhere in the state with different backgrounds and experiences who can help review grant applications. It’s important that Minnesotans play a role in deciding how public funding for the arts is invested!
Do you sing in a community choir, participate in community theater or orchestra, weave, bead, take art classes, write poetry, etc.? They need you! Reviewers can be any Minnesota resident with an interest in the arts or experience with nonprofits, budgeting, planning, or project management.
Grant application reviewers receive a stipend of $200 of their service, and the Arts Board offers accommodations upon request. Interested? Fill out the online interest form today! If you have any questions, get in touch with them at (800) 866-2787 or by emailing panelists@arts.state.mn.us

The Southwest Minnesota regional arts council is also seeking grant review panelists. Find out more on our panelist webpage.
