New Show Opens at Historical Society
You are invited to attend the art show opening in the Remick Gallery entitled Four Seasons: Art in Paper by Eva Lopez of Windom. The reception is on Sunday afternoon, October 1, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. Free admission. Light refreshments.
The exhibit features 30 works of art by this talented Windom artist. Eva is a self-taught artist who transforms cardstock paper into beautiful flowers. Her inspiration comes from nature where all beauty begins. Come and meet the artist! This exhibit is our fall show and runs throughNovember 18.
To be able to transform paper into flowers and make it stand out with branches, wood and other materials, is what motivates me to continue my art.Eva Lopez,2023
The Cottonwood County Historical Society is located at 812 Fourth Avenue in Windom. We are open Monday –Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. by appointment.
