Press Release March 16, 2022 Contact: Linda Fransen Cottonwood County Student Art Show Opens March 27: The Cottonwood County Historical Society invites you to attend the opening reception of the Cottonwood County Student Art Show on Sunday, March 27 from 2-4 p.m. in the Remick Gallery. Light refreshments will be served throughout the afternoon. Free admission. The exhibit features art work by Senior High students from throughout Cottonwood County including Mountain Lake Public School, Mountain Lake Christian School, Red Rock Central Public School, Westbrook Walnut Grove Public School and Windom Area Public School. More than 40 works of art will be displayed with a variety of mediums and themes. Come and vote for your favorite! The exhibit runs for four weeks from March 27- April 23, 2022. The Cottonwood County Historical Society is located at 812 Fourth Avenue in Windom. We are open Monday –Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. and by appointment on Saturday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. For more information, contact the museum at 831-1134.
