Ridgewater College Gallery (Willmar)

Building F, Upper Level, 2101 15th Avenue NW, Willmar April 1st through April 15th: Cottonwood area Lakota artist John Sterner’s new exhibit “Eagle Family Vision Cry”. It features Sterner’s recent INKTOBER drawings that depict different prompts he has turned into personal narratives about his heritage and outlook on life. INKTOBER is an Instagram initiative inviting artists to create an ink drawing each day in the month of October. In addition, on view are translations of these drawings into large oil paintings. The Ridgewater Fine art gallery is located near the Theatre in the Fine Art Building of the Willmar Campus. Open 8 to 5 Monday-Friday.  Parking is available for visitors nearby.
