*Marshall: SMSU Jazz Ensemble with guest Artist, Mike Dana

Join the SMSU Jazz Ensemble for an evening music with this year’s guest artist, Mike Dana. Over the past 4 decades, Mike Dana has performed and recorded with some of the biggest names in Jazz and has contributed many new pieces of music. This concert will also feature the jazz bands from Minneota High School and from Marshall High School.

The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in the SMSU Fine Arts Theatre, and it is free and open to the public.

This activity is funded in part with a grant from the Southwest Minnesota Arts Council made possible by an appropriation from the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the State’s general fund.
