*Slayton: Front Porch Concert Series - Kindred Spirits

Muray County Historical Society presents an outdoor concert series at the Dinehart Holt House. The musical acts will perform on the east front porch of the home.

July 23: Hope Welu, a local artist from Southwest MN. She will be playing a mix of classic country and modern hits.

July 30: The Double Down Daredevils, a bluegrass group from Winona, MN fronted by Currie native Tom Peschges.

August 6: Kindred Spirits, a jazz and blues trio from Marshall, MN.

The Murray County Historical Society will serve free refreshments before the concerts and a free will donation basket will be passed to help support ongoing updates to the Dinehart House. The concerts are family friendly, so bring the kids, a blanket or some lawn chairs, and enjoy a nice night under the big maple trees on the lawn.
