“SMAC staff gets together with other regional arts councils in MN a few times a year. By spending time with the other MN regional arts councils, we support each other in promoting the arts throughout all of MN and sharing best practices. Because of this, the SMAC office and Gallery in Marshall will be closed October 26 & 27 while we convene in St. Cloud.”
