This is the first professionally mounted summer play, directed by Tom Orth, ever done in the 650 seat New London Spicer Performing Art Center, next to the High School.
“Leading Ladies begins with a wild & exciting fencing match between two lunatic English actors at the Moose Lodge. Amid non-stop antics, laughter and mistaken identities, their exploits never cease to amaze the Pennsylvania family they claim as theirs. There is a secret known only to the two English con-artists. If revealed, they will lose a fortune, the women they adore, and any chance of acting in Hollywood.
