(Action: Public Art, Monthly Grants*; Election of Officers)

Meetings can be attended in-person (SMAC Office) or virtual via Zoom. Board members will be notified in advance of location changes. Committee Meetings will be scheduled as needed. Board members will be notified which committees will meet prior to the Committee Meeting dates. Additional conference call meetings may be scheduled.

*Monthly grants include: Quick Support for Organizations & Artists, Arts in the Schools, and Art Study Opportunity for Youth (depending on if applications came in on the first of the month).

All board meetings and grant panel discussions are open to the public, in the spirit of Minnesota’s Open Meeting Law, however a request to attend as a non-speaking guest is required a minimum of 48 hours ahead of the scheduled meeting.
