*Jackson: The Art of Community: Jackson Center for the Arts Anniversary Celebration

September 4^th marks 10 years since Jackson Center for the Arts opened its doors.  Our mission has been to ‘Grow the Arts’ in the Jackson Community.  As part of the celebration, we want to feature our Artistic downtown Jackson.  Art appears in our daily lives in many ways so we invite all to join us for a day of strolling downtown businesses. Workshops will be held throughout the day, where you can learn more about flower arranging, fashion styling, meditation, mixology and so much more! Next, visit JCA to enjoy the Talent Showcase featuring music and speech performances by local youth, Linda Titus’ art collection of JCA gallery shows from the past 10 years, and art created at JCA in the past 10 years. Refreshments will be served. Free-will donations accepted.

Talent Showcase 6:30-8:30 ‘Come and go, or stay for the show’! Performances in 15 minute segments.
