*Hutchinson: RiverSong Music Festival

This two-day festival is set against the backdrop of the Crow River and Luce Line Trail in Hutchinson, MN, and brings people together for great music enjoyed outdoors. World-renowned artists have thrilled crowds from the RiverSong stages since 2009. The festival has also presented developing and local artists with an overall festival focus of showcasing Minnesota musicians and performers.

The festival grounds are located at Masonic West River Park. While in the heart of the city and blocks from the historic downtown district, the grounds are surrounded by the flowing river, tall trees and abundant green space, which transports festival fans to a natural environment. RiverSong has developed a unique festival atmosphere, where people can decide the experiences they’re looking for, and the artists help set different tones throughout each day. Some artists get people moving and participating while others offer reflective and relaxing sets. On-site camping, food trucks, and beverages from the local brewery and winery provide a complete festival experience. Free admission for children 14 and under along with lawn games offer a family-friendly environment. On-site parking and shuttles on the grounds makes the festival more accessible to all ages and abilities. Re-admission is allowed with a wristband from that day, which allows people to return to their vehicles for food if they can’t find something to fit their dietary needs, or they can check out one of the locally-owned restaurants nearby.

The upcoming festival will be the 15th festival since 2009. After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, RiverSong’s established history, experience, and strong partnerships made it possible to pick up the festival again in 2022.
