Please join us for Beyond the Clock with Kelly Yarbrough! A monthly digital Learning Exchange for Rural Connectors and Cultural Workers hosted by the Department of Public Transformation and Voices for Rural Resilience, in partnership with the Rural Assembly.
This month’s virtual gathering will take place on Tuesday, April 11 from 4:00pm - 5:00pm CST featuring special guest Kelly Yarbrough, founder of the Tallgrass Artist Residency in Kansas. The topic for this conversation is "In Residence: Finding home in an ecosystem of creative practice."
Kelly will share a bit about her practice and invite us to discuss the tensions between being an individual artist and an arts administrator; trying to create something vs. letting it unfold; and, making sense of one's work in multiple places.
This event is free, but registration is required. You can register for this event at: https://dopt.rsvp/BTC2023Apr
