City of Marshall seeks artist for large scale community mosaic

Marshall’s 150^th Celebration planning committee is seeking assistance from an artist to create a large-scale community mosaic art piece in celebration of the city of Marshall’s 150^th anniversary. The artist will be assisting with planning, designing, organizing, guiding, and creating the art piece alongside community members.
