Virtual classes/camps are in development at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres for Summer 2020, and they are even more excited to offer this new way of presenting classes and opportunities for youth. Technology is making online learning a new and rewarding option. The Chanhassen Dinner Theatres look forward to bringing their signature top-quality musical theatre camp experience from their wonderful Chanhassen teachers and are focused on developing a virtual, interactive experience like no other!

What’s it going to be like?
They are working hard to create custom camp series that will keep all age groups engaged! Ages 5-7 can expect daily videos from instructors that they can follow along to as they work on basic singing, dancing and acting skills.

Ages 8-12 will have an added live video chat with instructors and other campers, plus video segments that show how a light board works, improv comedy, what it takes to make a wig, learning songs, dances and more!

And teens 13-18 go even more in-depth as they develop their skills to possibly take on auditioning and performing in the real world!
