Call for Photography

Did you know MAFAC’s annual Photography Exhibit is right around the corner and Marshall Area Fine Arts Council wants entries FROM YOU!

Important dates:

-Registration and Delivery Deadline: Friday, July 19 by 5 pm. Be sure to check for compatibility with the MAFAC hanging


-Exhibit Opens: Tuesday, July 23 at 12 noon.

-People’s Choice Voting: Tuesday, July 23 to Friday, August 30.

-Awards: Presentation Wednesday, September 4, 5:15 pm at the MAFAC Arts Center. Participants and the public are invited.

-Exhibit Closes: Friday, September 6 at 5:00 p.m.

-Pick up entries on or after Tuesday, September 10.

-Photos not picked up by Friday, September 20 become the property of MAFAC.

Category Entries this year are:

-Pink (Photograph highlighting the color pink in the image)

-Strength (Photograph you think embodies strength, whatever that means to you!)

You may enter up to 2 photographs (can be one in each category or 2 in one category).
